We do not provide a refund if you dislike the product or change your mind.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 5 working days of receipt. We do our best to quality control all our products, but if by chance the product is faulty please email us with an image and we will do our best to rectify the issue. If the product is found to be faulty we can provide you with a full refund or replacement.
Although we try and make all our products alike, they are handmade or dyed so please bear in mind that there might be minor unique differences between products.
